Platen Punching Machine used for making Crease, Cut on and Embossing of Paper, Linoleum, Card Board, Corrugated Board, Plastic and Pvc Material, etc. Boxes like fruit boxes, electric accessories, duplex boxes, computer monitors etc are made on this platen punching machine.

Heavy Duty construction with electro-magnetic clutch & brake, dwell timing device, electric impression counter, safety guards for operator's safety, circuit locking and circuit breaker.

Platen Table In-Out movement with the help of back side big bull gear, which produces eccentric motion to connecting bar which is made to move the platen with electric impression adjusting of machine. Die design as per required box size and design which cut the board for making boxes or any such product to form a Box.

This is a very heavy duty machine made from CI casting with forged shafts and forged gears. Safe guard are places for sudden stop. Control panel provided for timer setting of platen according to operator efficiency and sheet feeding timer is adjustable. Auto timer lubricating pump is provided for lubricating entire machine bronze bushes for easy rotation and longer life of machine.

Embossing of paper, greeting card or any such gift article can be made on this machine.
